Intro to Pole Fitness
If you are ready to become a stronger, more confident you, and add a sexy flair to your life, then a 4 class series will get you off the treadmill (of life) and into a sisterhood of strength and confidence.
You will be learning how your own body with a flow of exotic dance elements, intro level pole tricks, and floor work. This no-inversion series focuses on gaining confidence and building the full body strength you desire. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm, starting May 6th
Wednesdays 12:30-1:30 pm, starting May 1st
